The Falaya Fling Auction will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the Castine Center. Join us for dinner, dancing and exciting live and silent auctions. Browse silent auction items available for bid at the event including the Student Basket Category, fine jewelry, and the most exclusive trips, tickets and experiences. As always, the highlight of the evening promises to be the live auction with exciting bidding on a variety of one-of-a-kind items and experiences.   Falaya Fling 2011 holds some exciting new opportunities to get involved with SSA's major fundraising event. Remember, all proceeds from this event benefit each and every SSA student by providing funds for school enhancements such as technology and campus upgrades. We need the support of every SSA family to make this year’s fundraiser a success. What is FALAYA FLING? The Auction is planned by dedicated parents under the direction of the Director of Advancement. The event, held at a local venue, includes unique live and silent auctions, delicious dinner and live entertainment. Supporting Falaya Fling: There are several opportunities to support Falaya Fling. Anyone may sit on the committee, donate auction items, large or small, attend the event and bid on the items, underwrite a portion of the event, and/or make a cash donation. FALAYA FLING SET-UP - Friday, April 8 at the Castine Center from 9 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Lunch provided. (Please note: The Advancement Office will be closed this day because we will be out at the Castine Center setting up.) FALAYA FLING - Saturday, April 9 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. - finish set-up at Castine Center 6 - 11:30 p.m. at the Castine Center - volunteer to help with various duties throughout the evening. FALAYA FLING CLEAN-UP - Sunday, April 10 at the Castine Center from 9 - 11:30 a.m. We can use all the help we can get.
